Hopefully the room was well-kept with heater, couch, recliner.

I greatly enjoyed the hotel, its perfectly clean room and cordial staff. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave. The setting of venue was particularly good, in the area. Again, the hotel was just a short stroll away from Coronado-Quivira Museum;))

The microwave and fridge in the room were super convenient for late-night snacks.

The bathroom could have used more toiletries as we had to ask for additional supplies.

Well-kept room, everyone was awesome.

Comfortable stay despite minor hiccups

I recently spent two nights in a Queen Room, and it was a quite comfortable stay. The room was well-appointed with a microwave and fridge, convenient for late-night snacks. Although the air conditioning needed some attention, the management responded quickly to resolve the issue. They also were helpful in providing towels and sheets whenever we needed them. I would have appreciated more clarity regarding breakfast availability, as it was not as advertised.

I've seen better, but worse too

The staff's responsiveness was excellent. They swiftly resolved our towel request. Clean, comfortable room ensured a peaceful night's sleep.

Communications were muddled. Our request for towel service wasn't fulfilled, leading to inconvenience. Various maintenance issues persist around the hotel.

The manager's prompt assistance with towels made a difference, and the comfort of the room was appreciated. Plus, I felt secure as a solo traveler with rooms opening to interiors.

Really good Stay with Accommodating Staff!

We had a good family reunion. The staff were accommodating, quickly resolving an air conditioning issue. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. Don't miss the nearby Mexican restaurant for dinner-fantastic food!

Unfortunately, the amenities were pretty limited. Only basic toiletries were provided, which might not be enough for some travelers.

So warm and inviting, such a very pleasant atmosphere.
